Luc is an innovative international business executive and entrepreneur in the financial sector, who played a primary role as CEO, Group CEO and Board Director, with the top 3 blue chip insurance groups (Allianz, AIG/ALICO, AXA) as well as with local/regional ones, in particular within the investment, savings and pensions industry in the GCC. He performed 2 acquisitions, 2 turnarounds/transformations and the starting – up of 5 multimillion dollar leading organizations, in seven different countries in Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia.
Throughout his 30 years of operational achievements, Luc gained a vast understanding of how financial markets work in emerging or developing countries, how companies should be established or transformed to achieve their highest potential in these markets, and especially what makes a company/business model solid, sustainable and successful.

Luc co-founder Agua De Sol, which he leads as Executive Chairman, in charge of strategy, finance, communication and to some extent business development, especially in international markets.

-A Master of Sciences and Technics (majoring in economics and finance) from the University of Grenoble II and III – France.
-A Diploma in Political Science from John Purdue University – Indiana – USA.
Luc speaks fluently English, French, Spanish, has a fair command of Italian, and colloquial Arabic.
