Conceived in 2017 - and steered by inclusion - plant based protein offerings were few and far between. Probeet MB is free from all 14 main allergens and easy to use. Probeet MB has the crunchy, chewy, varied textures and strong umami flavours you get from meat but is not imitation meat. High in protein and genuinely nutritious, Probeet comes ready to use straight from the pack and has a long shelf life at ambient temperatures - no refrigeration required. Probeet is versatile - it can be sprinkled with water and heated in the microwave, thrown on a salad straight from the pack or used in more traditional meals such as family spag bol or pie. It has been successfully road tested through a street food stand in Southampton, Bristol, Brighton and London, sold in Tacos, Burritos, Chilli and Salads.
