As Managing Director at bio-bean – the UK-based coffee recycling company – George has overall responsibility for the company as well as leading on the company’s commercial and marketing strategies. Since 2015 George has overseen the launch of their innovative solid fuel products, including the bestselling winter fire logs, Coffee Logs. He built a supply chain that works for UK businesses, at every scale, and was integral to the launch and initial sales of bio-bean’s coffee flavour extract from spent grounds for the beverage industry. George and the team are now working on building partnerships to incorporate bio-bean’s latest product, Inficaf, a bulk, raw material into a range of industrial bio-based applications.
