including Hilton and Volvo. As Joint Chair of the Institute of Sales
Professionals’ Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee, I advocate for
meaningful, evidence-based improvements in workplace wellbeing.

author of three books on customer service and employee experience. I am

time, I enjoy reading, meditating, and running a charity in India that supports
children’s education through scholarships.
