John and his multi-skilled team use his storytelling skills to combine with behaviour change psychology, using social cognitive learning theory to underpin the design of immersive training programmes that capture performance data to report back on capacity growth within a workforce. Sectors where the team have made a difference are currently in cyber security, environmental sustainability, innovation management and evaluating in-house learning provision and strategy development. The software and know-how has been used by the World Bank, the MOD, PwC and European Commission to bring about change in highly challenging environments. The team undertake detailed needs analysis, bespoke eLearning planning and the production and integration of original fictional drama scenarios that bring to life often highly technical challenges that require a change of behaviour or a reappraisal of internal systems related to human performance. The products capture data to offer a wide range of configurable performance analytics across departments, site locations and tiers of management.
