Lucy is a food quality and safety expert with +10 years hands on experience in well known food industry e.g. Ajinomoto, Amoy & Keewah. She graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong as Master of Food Science & Technology, and also she is holding a bachelor degree of Food Science from The University of Melbourne with Deans Honour. She good at problem solving, lean production design and assurance food quality and safety as well as acquiring senior appreciation. Other than that, she also keen on food re-formulation and product design to optimize the quality of products. She currently work as a ISO certification auditors and serve various customers in past 2 years(ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, FSSC and HACCP).
