At Fourstrain, we specialize in the development and production of recombinant proteins and functional peptides through precision fermentation. Our current focus is on β-lactoglobulin (BLG) and its derived peptides, which are designed to deliver specific health benefits across different life stages — including muscle maintenance, immune modulation, satiety, and metabolic support.
Our BLG is obtained via a sustainable, non-GMO microbial platform, ensuring high purity, solubility in both low and high-acid environments, and thermal stability. We are advancing both the full protein and selected bioactive peptides with demonstrated potential for application in powder and liquid formulations without altering flavor or texture. Regulatory and safety pathways are actively in progress, with a clear route to GRAS and commercial scale-up.
