I specialize in innovative, sustainable solutions at the intersection of food waste management, plant-based packaging, and health-conscious food products. As an expert in enzymatic food waste processing, We develop and consult on scalable systems that convert food waste into valuable by-products like biogas, bioplastics, and Kaumera through aerobic digestion, integrating seamlessly with municipal wastewater infrastructure.

In my role as a consultant at Green Packaging B.V., I guide companies in the transition to plant-based and biobased packaging. My focus is on material innovation, and end-of-life strategies with EU and international regulations to deliver compostable, low-carbon packaging solutions, including injection-moulded and film-based alternatives.

Additionally, I serve as the exclusive European and Middle East representative for a unique low-sodium salt product, rich in potassium and sourced from natural Sylvinite deposits. I lead its regulatory positioning, retail strategy, and B2B applications for both the food processing industry and consumer markets, promoting healthier alternatives with transparent nutritional benefits.
