I'm a creative strategy director with a background in writing and design research. Lately I've led strategy and design teams for Fortune 500 companies including the world's leading surgical robotics company, built DTC and B2B startup brands from scratch, and defined what's next in beauty, beverages, and food. With extensive global experience producing insights from qualitative and quantitative research my work makes brands, experiences, and products better.

The Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum published my book, "Design for Repair: Things Can Be Fixed," under the DesignFile imprint in May 2015. Adweek, Metropolis, and Fast Company have published my writing recently.
