I have been part of a number of start-ups with successful exits over the last two decades, including Eunite (one of the UK’s largest web agencies, 3i backed & exited within 3 yrs. Million-2-1, a unique digital gaming provision, sold to IGT Barcrest. And Never.no a SaaS based social publishing platform for broadcast and advertising. Most recently, CEO for Agrecalc, a resource efficiency and carbon foot print calculator for Agriculture.
Expertise
Since graduation, I have focused in providing digital engagement solutions for many B2B2C businesses, running or being part of founding management teams in cutting edge software solutions. My early career saw me working with major brands in their web strategy and service implementation, within sport, retail, gaming, broadcast and business services. Following a positive exit, i moved into gaming solutions, working with early mobile tech and SMS payment services. Following that, I headed up international sales for a Norwegian tech business, focused in realtime social engagement in broadcast, for which i later became CEO. This background grounding gave me the knowledge and expertise to take the position of CEO for Agrecalc, a spin out of the Scottish Rural College, offering solutions in agriculture with the aim of reducing emissions in farming and food production, whilst supporting farmers to work efficiently and benefit from targeting a net zero proposition.
