including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, BP, Mondelez, and Shell.
He has held senior positionsin global, regional, and local organisations.
He has managed both projects and teamsin complex and fast-moving organisations.
His specialismsinclude business planning, category management, trading, procurement, brand
strategy, data analytics, research and insights, coaching, and mentoring.
He is particularly passionate about supporting SMEs to grow and prosper.
He holds academic qualifications and professional accreditationsfrom the University of
Kent (UK), Cornell University (USA), and Northwestern University(USA).
Simon is an Associate Tutor at the University of Anglia’s Norwich Business School.
Simon is an Accredited Mentor on HM Government's Help to Grow: Management Course.
