Providing both build to print and fully engineered turn key composite solutions.
In house capabilities ranging from:
- Engineering - DFM, Tooling & Jig Design, Manufacturing documentation and drawings, FEA support along with general consultancy
- Composite Manufacture - Predominately pre-preg autoclave processed materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber and more sustainable materials such as flax. Encompassing all aspects of the manufacture from tooling & components all the way through to sub and master assemblies.
- CNC Machining - Large scale 5 axis CNC machining. Leveraged to support both in house production (patterns, moulds, jigs, components, inserts) and also more niche projects such as large scale props and models. Proven ability to work with a wide range of materials.
- 3D Printing - Ability to print in all commercially available materials for our 3 x Fortus 450MC FDM printers.
- GRP/Wet Lay - Traditional fiberglass production covering tooling, components and assemblies.
