As director of infrastructure and technology I ensure the stability and optimal performance of all Velocity platforms and products while developing robust processes and activation strategies focused on retention. Achieving this, requires close working relationships across all areas of the business inc. streamlined processes and communications with a focus on information security management all of which contributes directly to the growth and success of the business.
