I have a varied background covering manufacturing, R&D and applications focusing on cheese, processed cheese, dairy alternatives, and flavours and have a passion for all things food! In my role with Edlong Flavours solutions we work on solving the problems of the future of food and beverage in partnership with customers. We have over 100 years of expertise on hand to support innovation. We focus on the taste of dairy along with expertise in mouthfeel, masking, sweetness enhancement and sodium reduction.
