Additionally, our development business (Trammell Crow Company) is the largest in the U.S. and we operate one of the largest investment management businesses (CBRE Investment Management) globally. We have been included in the Fortune 500 since 2008, currently ranked #138. CBRE has more than 130,000 employees (including Turner & Townsend employees) and serves real estate investor and occupier clients in more than 100 countries.

Challenge

A brand is not only a logo or a slogan, but also a promise to the customers and a reflection of the values and identity of the business. A positive brand can attract and retain loyal customers, as well as motivate and inspire the employees. A people culture is the shared beliefs, norms, and practices that shape how the employees interact and collaborate with each other and with the external stakeholders. A positive people culture can foster a sense of belonging, trust, and engagement among the employees, as well as enhance the reputation and performance of the business.

However, building a positive brand and people culture can be challenging in a frequently changing business environment, where the business has to adapt to the shifting customer needs, market trends, technological innovations, and competitive pressures. How can the business maintain its core values and identity, while also embracing change and innovation? How can the business communicate and align its brand and people culture with its vision and strategy? How can the business empower and support its employees to cope with the uncertainty and complexity of the change process?

These are some of the questions that we would like to explore and find solutions for. We invite you to share your ideas, insights, and experiences on how to build a positive brand and people culture in a dynamic business environment. Your input will help us to create a more resilient, agile, and customer-centric business that can thrive in the face of change.

CBRE is looking for disruptive, innovative ideas in the industry that will help us with People, Processes and Technology changes that will help us both internally and externally.

CBRE is particularly interested in solutions that are ready for the market, but all stages of development will be considered.

What's in it for you?

A successful collaboration could mean, for individuals, becoming part of the wider CBRE group. For organizations, it could mean forming a contractual relationship or joint venture to co-develop and launch the idea to market.

This is an Asia Pacific challenge. CBRE will conduct an internal review of all applications once the challenge has closed. Successful applicants will be contacted post-review.
