Challenge
The ingredients in scope must:
- Be available globally as well as commercially in market
- Maintain current sugar-free claim on hard boiled candy product
- Help elevate glass transition temperature of finished product
- Help with increasing shelf stability of the product (particularly in higher humidity/hot conditions)
Nice to have:
- Higher molecular weight in structure
