Background

With multiples years of experience in drying technologies and the development of innovative products, we are shaping the future of food. To help us, we are looking for innovative technologies and capabilities to support us in Latin America region.

Challenge

This major food and beverage manufacturer is looking for novel drying technologies and drying capabilities with a focus on Latin America region.

They are particularly interested in company, factory, start-ups with experiences and capabilities in drying technologies and food products:

  • Spray-drying capabilities and certification
  • Experience in drying with various total solids content
  • Knowledge in drying of food/beverages matrices

Moreover, the R&D team is highly interested in new drying technologies with a sustainability aspect and can be used for drying materials with moisture content (>85%).

What they are not interested in or looking for:

  • Technologies that can't be used to produce food and beverages products
  • Applicants who do not have facility in LATAM region
