Challenge
This major food and beverage manufacturer is looking for novel drying technologies and drying capabilities with a focus on Latin America region.
They are particularly interested in company, factory, start-ups with experiences and capabilities in drying technologies and food products:
- Spray-drying capabilities and certification
- Experience in drying with various total solids content
- Knowledge in drying of food/beverages matrices
Moreover, the R&D team is highly interested in new drying technologies with a sustainability aspect and can be used for drying materials with moisture content (>85%).
What they are not interested in or looking for:
- Technologies that can't be used to produce food and beverages products
- Applicants who do not have facility in LATAM region
