BIOMETRIC USER AUTHENTICATED
Participants in any of the investigations, as well as those who have a direct relationship in any of the ongoing processes or investigations (police officers, lawyers, court actuaries, judges, etc.), must be biometrically authenticated before the application and the network with their personal data and documents.
The access that accredited interveners may have to the evidence of the cases will be traced, certified, and audited, according to the level of access each of them possesses.

DEVICE ID
Each device used, both for obtaining data (digital cameras, IP, mobile phones, AR/VR glasses, scanners, photocopiers) and for the custody of them, is identified with a device ID associated with the natural person who obtains the records.

EVIDENCE PRESERVATION
After collecting and storing them, evidence records are securely packaged in highly secure encrypted containers called PODS. At this point, a digital record of the collected evidence is also created.
EVIDENCE LABELING AND BLOCKCHAIN REGISTRATION
Each physical evidence collected is labeled through a QR code with relevant information, then certified with blockchain to make this information immutable.
This record includes details such as the location of the event, a description of the evidence, the name of the officer or person in charge who collected it, the exact date and time of collection, and any other pertinent information. The evidence is transported to the testing laboratory or the corresponding deposit. Each movement is certified on the blockchain, ensuring complete traceability of the evidence.
UPDATING RECORDS WITH BLOCKCHAIN
As evidence is handled, all details are certified on the blockchain. This includes who had the evidence, what they did with it, when they had it, and why. Experts
in the laboratory analyze the evidence. Each time they are used for any purpose, the movements are updated in real-time with blockchain for traceability.
PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE BEFORE COURT
When the time for trial arrives, the evidence is presented in court. The chain of custody developed with blockchain provides an unalterable, certified, and audited record of all interactions with the evidence, demonstrating its integrity and traceability.
