Your product depends on consumer uptake. All your stakeholders - surveyors, financial providers, installers, assessors, product owners - need to collaborate to devise a simple and powerful message to homeowners. I have brought together a consortium of experts to develop and test a communication toolkit. An ordinary marketing funnel will not, and has not worked.
