My focus is on the People side of Innovation, to help organizations, leaders, and teams achieve purposeful change by enabling them to tolerate uncertainty, adapt, and innovate. I partner with people to unleash their innovation potential and harness their collective intelligence to deliver breakthrough solutions to complex problems in ways that add value to the quality of people’s lives in ways they appreciate and cherish. I help organizations, leaders, and teams align their people, to their strategic outcomes, systems, structures, and technologies, through shifting mindsets and behaviors, and building peoples’ capability and confidence to safely drive, execute and embed change to survive and thrive in an uncertain and changing world. I provide culture consulting, change management, mentoring, learning, and coaching services to organizations, leaders, and teams to help them be creative and inventive, experimental and collaborative, and make innovation a habit and a way of life. I have 35 years of corporate and consulting career in organizational change, culture, transformational leadership, top team effectiveness, and executive coaching with some of Australasia's, Canada's, and Israel's top 100 companies. I am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Master Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
