Christian is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur, he has been running his own business for nearly 20 years. Lingo24 was founded in 2001 and became a thriving, 200+ employee company which expanded to international markets. Driven by a desire to tackle the world's biggest challenge, Pawprint was Christian’s idea. Pawprint is an app-anchored community to help users measure, understand and reduce their carbon footprint. We feel there is a lot of misunderstanding around this topic, and consumers globally are looking for an independent brand they can trust to help. Pawprint will support users on their transition to a low-carbon lifestyle by creating personalised tips and challenges. Users can, within a couple of minutes, get a scientifically valid view on their own 'Pawprint' and start to receive tips and challenges as to how to reduce the number. Pawprint has a fantastic team, with two ex-unicorn executives on the management team, an experienced founder / CEO and a behavioural change & consumer engagement expert on the advisory board; Tom Sermon was the CEO of Global Corporate Challenge (which sold to Virgin Pulse), working with employers to improving employee's health and wellbeing. We also work closely with our Scientific Advisor, Mike Berners-Lee. Mike is a leading expert and professor in carbon footprint measurement and is the author of "How Bad are Bananas" and "No Planet B". Pawprint are also building a commercial version of the app which will be licensed to large companies to help reduce the collective carbon footprint of their employees.
