I was one of the pioneers of customer counting and performance tracking tools having designed electronic people counting technology back in the 90’s for some of the largest global high street retail brands. This enabled us to count, report and provide interpretation on over 3 billion customer visits to stores per annum.

From the development of a miniature radar where a derivative now finds itself in virtually every burglar alarm sensor in the world to numerous electronic designs. I had the privilage of working with Sir Clive Sinclair on his Satelite TV reciever and so understand where innovation and the cost concious meet. The last 20 years have focused on innovation, mostly within the retail space, automotive and hospitality sectors including customer dwell analysers & QR based systems.
