Caroline focuses on creating the mindsets and cultural change needed for organisations to work well and succeed sustainably. She supports leaders and managers to build the organisational understanding, belief and behaviour shifts necessary for change to happen and to involve and engage colleagues in collective delivery of an organisation’s aims in line with its purpose. Before joining Rubica, Caroline’s decades of communication experience led to her holding a number of senior leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) across communications, employee engagement and multi-channel marketing. Caroline previously headed the communications practice at Virgo HEALTH - a global healthcare consultancy.
