That requires three core components, a clear innovation strategy, strong innovation leadership and a fresh approach to building organisation-wide ecosystems that leave the traditional management styles and operating models behind. Cris supports CEOs and senior teams on the what he calls the 3Es; ‘Establishing’ innovation strategy, ‘Enabling’ innovation leaders, and ‘Embedding’ innovation culture. The 3Es framework helps build an innovation ecosystem where strategy, leadership, behavior, process, skills and attitudes all converge to ignite innovation across an organisation.
