With over 30 years of experience in marketing and business development, I am passionate about turning clients into fans and creating long-term value for organizations. As the CEO of INDICO, a leading loyalty and CRM consultancy in Brazil, and the President of PontoE, the first loyalty platform focused on education in Brazil. I lead and empower teams to design and implement innovative loyalty programs and strategies that increase customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.My core competencies include segmentation, modeling, database marketing, prospecting, pitching, proposal writing, budget control, strategic planning, product launching, and analytics. I have successfully developed and managed more than 100 client relationship programs for various industries, such as banking, retail, telecom, and healthcare, achieving an average of 35% revenue growth for the companies in one year. I am also a board member and founder of Alymente, a revolutionary way of VR/VA (Companies food vouchers), that seeks to make life easier for companies and employees, and a speaker and author on topics related to loyalty, CRM, and social impact. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on client loyalty at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, one of the most prestigious business schools in Latin America.
