As a professional Project Manager and Entrepreneurial Leader with over 17 years of extensive and tacit experience in managing projects within the Captive Power Plant (CPP) and Oil & Gas sectors. I provide Project management solutions to manage a complete Project as coordinating between EPC (Engineering-procurement-Construction) basis. At Reliance Industries Ltd, Linde India Ltd, Thermax Ltd, Maa Shibani Construction, I executed brown field and green field CPP projects ranging from 3X130MW HRSGs to 1X90MW STG, Air Separation Unit and Captive Power plants in various ranges, Residential larger flats projects respectively. Executing and controlling Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) projects with a focus on integration between functional departments of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and leading budget and contract finalization by improving project delivery efficiency by 10-12% with the application of Hybrid model in combination of Traditional and Agile based Project execution.
