Inverted Leaching, new mechanical process for metals extraction from ores, concentrates and tailings. The mechanical process available to leaching metals are in situ, heap and tank. In situ and heap are mechanically passive. Tank leaching is mechanically active with low energy impacts between grains taking place.
We invented, developed (TRL 4-5, lab tested) a new mechanical process for leaching metals from ores, concentrates and tailing with significant advantages over present mechanical processes.

Our solution does not have a filtering element, so it has a much lower CAPEX & OPEX costs while, due to its short full cycle time (6 minutes), it can dewater up to 720.000 ton/equip;/month.
