We use our ground-breaking proprietary AI discovery platform, HexisPro.X to study biological processes and accurately predict the behaviour of chemicals and ingredients in biological systems. Our technology is helpful for new product research & development, identifying novel ingredients and formulations. We assist our customers across all stages of their research and development journeys, helping them reduce costs, overcome bottlenecks, and to find innovative solutions to meet modern consumer demands. We support:
· Small molecule discovery - Develop new products that are more effective, sustainable, and affordable from HexisLab database of over 200,000 materials.
· De-novo discovery – Creation of new compounds, peptides, materials, and compounds using HexisLab generative AI screening.
· Biomarker discovery - Integrate OMICS, biological pathway, and scientific publication databases to identify therapeutic biomarkers with specific indications.
· Formulation optimisation - Optimise the formulations of companies' products to improve their effectiveness and safety.
· Pre-clinical cellular assay – Ingredient material testing and validation in realistic bespoke and functional in-vitro and ex-vivo cell-based assays for safety & efficacy.
· Product development – Creation of new products to address unmet market needs
Case Study 1:
Leading Fortune 500 skincare brand is interested in new ingredients and formulations for its new product range. We identified many novel combinations of ingredients using our in-sillico discovery platform, HexisPro.X. We tested and validated skincare benefits in complex assays and developed new scientific data for sales, marketing and claim substantiation.
Case Study 2:
A leading EU-based company had a problem with one of its personal care product formulations. The client wanted us to use our in-sillico HexisPro.X platform to identify suitable alternative 'green' and sustainable ingredients compatible with their existing formulation. We assessed over 30,000 materials using our platform and selected the best five formulations tested and validated in bioassays to address the formulation challenge. Our effective solution provided a new basis for new patent applications for our client.
Case Study 3
UK-based company is interested in assessing their natural plant-based ingredients' safety and potential therapeutic benefits for their nutraceutical formulation. We identified the critical ingredient components of the plant-based extract and mapped out their beneficial activity using our in-sillico platform, HexisPro.X. The discovery platform has over 10 billion relations linking ingredients to biological activity, with their predicted poly-pharmacological benefits. Our solution enables the brand to identify new claims and benefits for these nutraceutical products and develop a sound basis for clinical trials.
