I have worked within the space of digitising public procurement and commissioning.
I understand and adhere to the regulations that guide the YPO and G-Cloud frameworks, upon which public spending is based.
NHS England's regulations govern the patient record keeping systems and processes for which I have worked directly with ICBs, CCGs (previously) and Trusts to setup and deploy such database driven software.
A big fan of data analytics and driving decisions based on data. Defining report parameters, analytics tool matching and delivery mechanisms.
I started my career in customer support and have been directly or indirectly involved in customer service and customer experience throughout my career, with either forward facing or back-end support roles within the different hierarchies of the organisations I worked for.
I use Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies to deliver projects and programmes alike. However, nothing beats an experienced campaigner, me, who enjoys the complexities of managing a project that involves stakeholder management, budget management, risk management, and delivery management.
I love a good puzzle and I gravitate towards games in my downtime that challenges my brain to come up with solutions. I practice this in my professional life too where I take up complex problems whether its customer facing or an internal conundrum.
