Leadership - Coordinator:
Mostly involved with high-level executive coordination of the institution developing the overall innovation and business strategy and establishing and nurturing key partnerships. Deeply concentrated on working in an ambitious, results-oriented manner always focused on collaborating with the entire scientific and business community, while never losing sight of a profound philosophy of service to society. Daily, I am bound to coordinate strategy implementation and overall resources and operations while communicating with the board of directors and management team, whenever necessary. Holistically, I am focused on ensuring a great working culture, providing inspired leadership to my team, establishing a great working relationship with the institution’s Associates and with the Board of Directors, while successfully steering overall strategy.
Innovation management:
Strategy and business development – internal
- Strategy definition, development, and implementation. Development of a business development plan focused on service portfolio, marketing strategies, benchmarking, and commercial planning. Definition of internal teams and standard operational procedures. HR capacitation by lecturing about grant proposal writing and respective process management. Networking with key players for new partnerships and collaborations.
Innovation – external (Academy and Industry)
- Stakeholder networking through meetings and partnering with Academia and companies, for knowledge valorization – discussion of best strategies for implementation. Planning of dissemination and communication tasks. Definition and implementation of service portfolio targeting innovation within client organizations.
Projects and funding – internal and external
- Active evaluation of best funding opportunities and subsequent project development (entailing grant proposal writing, desk research, stakeholder management, brainstorming on innovation and strategy, and communications as described below during the period I have worked at Innovayt). Project Management and project task implementation for milestone and deliverable fulfillment.
