Expertise

Asset Management

We offer various assessments and strategies to ensure the integrity and safety of your process plant equipment. Our Asset Health Review provides a comprehensive assessment of your plant's equipment, systems, procedures, and competencies, giving you a complete view of your assets' current condition.

With our Operational Risk Assessment (ORA), we conduct an overview process that evaluates the condition, history, and mode of operation of equipment known to have health issues. We also assess the practices and procedures of the organisation responsible for equipment management.

Our Ageing Assets Review involves a thorough assessment of operating and maintenance practices and procedures, comparing them to industry standards like the HSE Research Report 509 (RR509) on Plant Ageing. This helps identify any gaps in managing equipment containing hazardous fluids or pressure.

Through Reliability Studies, we analyse fixed and rotating equipment to develop risk-based inspection and maintenance strategies. These strategies are based on the knowledge of critical equipment's risk of failure, using techniques like Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).

Furthermore, our experts help develop Investment Strategies based on the condition of asset health and actively managed operational risks. These strategies aid in optimising investments in asset management.

When it comes to LPG storage safety compliance, Tutis Energy is committed to simplifying and ensuring the safety of your fuel storage processes. We navigate the complexities of safety regulations and compliance, making the process simpler and safer for you.

With our comprehensive range of services, Tutis Energy is dedicated to ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of your assets, allowing you to focus on your core operations with peace of mind.

Operational Excellence

We provide a wide range of advice and support services for various operational activities in the natural gas and LNG industry. This includes offering guidance and management for projects related to Natural Gas import terminals, transmission systems, LNG receiving terminals, peak shaving facilities, regasification, liquefaction, jetties, and cryogenic pipelines.

Our Pre-Start Up Safety Audit (PSA) is a crucial final audit conducted after completing works on systems or sub-systems, ensuring they are ready for safe operation with hydrocarbons.

The Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) are designed to ensure that all Project Works are satisfactorily and safely completed. These reviews verify the availability of necessary documentation for safe operations and maintenance, providing the company with confidence in the prescribed usage and operation of the Project Works.

The Operational Readiness Review (ORR) assesses the facility management system's status and ensures that it meets legal requirements for safety, health, environment, and security, enabling smooth commissioning, operation, maintenance, and modification of the facility.

Our Management of Change (MOC) assessments and audits ensure that safety, health, and environmental risks are effectively controlled when changes are made to assets, documentation, personnel, or operations.

We also offer comprehensive support and management services for commissioning activities, ranging from small-scale facilities to large-scale storage tanks, jetties, and pipelines. Similarly, our expertise extends to decommissioning activities, ensuring a seamless process from dismantling to environmentally responsible disposal of materials used in LNG storage.

To maintain safe operations, we provide independent vetting of ships and trucks, assuring that they are in acceptable condition and compatible with the terminal, thereby mitigating risks.

Our team conducts alarm management assessments in line with EEMUA publication 191 Alarm management, ensuring that alarm systems are efficiently designed and managed to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

At Tutis Energy, we strive to provide expert advice, support, and management services across various operational aspects, empowering our clients with the knowledge and tools to excel in the natural gas and LNG industry.

Process Safety

Our primary goal is to enhance Process Safety at the facilities we work with. We achieve this through a structured approach that includes thorough hazard identification, a comprehensive understanding of associated risks, and prioritisation ranking. Our aim is to provide recommendations that enable our clients to achieve As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) status, minimising risks to acceptable levels.

To accomplish this, we rely on our team of experienced advisors, associate consultants, and engineers. They possess the expertise to engage effectively with our client's staff at all levels, from operational to management and executive levels. This collaborative approach ensures that our safety recommendations are well-informed and implemented across the organisation.

By focusing on Process Safety, we are committed to helping our clients create safer and more reliable facilities, mitigating potential hazards and ensuring a secure environment for everyone involved.
