ASDC EagleEye: AI Plant Health
ASDC EagleEye harnesses drone imagery, cloud computing and AI to scan fields and instantly pinpoint nutrient deficiencies and diseases. Optimise yields and save resources.
Plant phenomics tools for controlled environments
My work has involved diverse technological and methodological approaches using cereal crops, horticultural species and Nicotiana benthamiana, exploring phenotyping and modelling approaches to predict differences in yield potential and phenotypic effects from abiotic stress. Our team also built predictive models from hyperspectral data to determine photosynthetic parameters, disease and the accumulation of pharmaceutical-grade proteins.
