Jacqui is passionate about helping the businesses, whether virtual or based in Launchpad , access all the help and support they need to grow and be successful no matter where they are on their journey. Through a series of workshops, events, in-house programmes, networking, peer learning and 1-2-1 business support - businesses have the opportunity to flourish and learn from the in-house community and team. Jacqui’s career includes 6 years working directly with businesses and the business support eco system as well as 26 years in banking, leadership, professional coaching and facilitation; this brings a breadth of experience in unlocking potential in people, businesses and support networks. She has worked with public, private, corporate, SME, Sole Traders and 3rd sector organisations. In fact, Jacqui has supported over 1000 SME’s from prestart to scale up and has a comprehensive knowledge of all support available and how to access it. Jacqui can also help you develop the skills & knowledge you need to lead a successful business and can connect you with communities of like-minded businesses that collaborate and help each other. There’s more – if Jacqui can’t help, she can facilitate access to our network of innovation directors, all of whom have different skills and experience, so there’s bound to be someone that can help with a particular challenge or question.
