Rehan is a sustainability professional delivering energy, sustainability and net Zero programmes across the built environment. He is one of the most experienced sustainability practitioners and strategists in the residential construction sector and a leading specialist in residential zero carbon buildings. Equipped with a unique combined technical, strategic, scientific and economic background developed over 15 years of working within the construction sector, Rehan is very experienced in delivering ESG from a sustainability perspective. Responsible for strategy and policy setting, programme targets, KPIs, legal compliance and commercial compliance, he leads the team responsible for net zero, corporate governance, H&S and site management. As a board member he reports directly to the other Board members, managing a continuous improvement process for ESG. Rehan works at the strategic level with the Project Director, Design Director and Site Management to link, sustainability, quality and budget KPI’s. Rehan has won 15 prestigious awards with over 30 shortlists. Rehans projects have been recognised by the UKGBC/WGBC and featured at COP26 and is a Net Zero Business champion for BEIS/CLC Rehan has 10 years construction project management experience including demanding and technically difficult programmes, projects, product development, QMS and accreditation (BOPAS/ NHBC Accepts/ Considerate Constructors, CHAS, SSTS and more. Rehan successfully delivered multi award winning zero carbon housing schemes, with featured developments at the COP26. Rehan also manages frameworks, bids & tenders and a core construction team of 12 people and a wider team of over 70.
