He is a reserve aviator colonel of the Brazilian Air Force and has worked as a director in technology-based companies in Brazil and Spain, new business manager in a Brazilian consultancy, technical manager of aircraft programs for the Brazilian Air Force, coordinator and professor of the aerospace engineering at ITA, visiting professor at MIT and ISAE-Supaéro and scientific researcher. He holds a PhD in Computing from USP, a Master's in Science and a degree in electronic engineering from ITA, two MBAs from ESPM and UFF and a degree in aeronautical sciences from AFA.
