Based on 10 years of R&D, we can produce 3D-formed packaging directly from cellulose pulp in one machine line at a 30% lower cost than existing fibre-based solutions using very minimal process water resulting in 75% less energy use and 75% lower CO2 emissions. Currently, Yangi has the potential to replace 25% of rigid plastic packaging without compromising on quality and functionality.

Yangi production platform are based on dry forming principles and enables smarter fibrebased packaging. By applying heat and pressure to dry cellulose fibres it is possible to go from pulp into ready-made packaging, in one machine line using less resources. Yangi technology is ground-breaking because we don't use any process water, can reach low cycle times, enabling high speed production with 75 % lower CO2-fooprint, compared to plastics and fibre-based alternatives. The result is a cellulose material with unique aesthetics and formability and fulfils the brand's need in many different segments.
