Initially focused on restaurants and bars, the technology is designed to support other verticals and types of products with minimal effort.

Businesses get visibility into customers that are searching for a product or service before buying and customers get more options and increased efficiency (they don't need to shop around). Customers also gain additional value if businesses provide better pricing, additional services, or other benefits for selecting them as the provider of the product or service. The platform also allows brands / businesses to establish rules to automatically respond (or not respond) to customer submissions, streamlining operation and improving response times.
Applications
Currently deployed in the restaurant and bar industry, the WythMe platform can easily be extended to support purchase of any other products and services. For example, if purchasing a TV, the customer might say they want an LED 60" TV and let the retailers or brands provide options for the customer.
