Wearever underwear is a straight up alternative to a disposable pad - thus can be used in most scenarios when a disposable pad would be indicated (except double incontinence ie faecal incontinence also present). Washable underwear performs better with mild to moderate stress incontinence with leaks volumes of 5ml to 20ml.
