About
Rudra Environmental Solutions India Ltd works on tackling the problem of plastic pollution for the betterment of the environment. We do this by converting plastic to fuel using our machinery. Our process is called Thermocatalytic Depolymerization, wherewith the help of a catalyst, we crack plastic polymers and convert the plastic into petrochemicals. Our process gives a 60-70% yield of fuel, 20-30% of synthetic gas, and around 10-15% of carbon black char. The gas is stored in a gas tank and once enough gas is accumulated it used in our process to heat the reactor. This method reverses the plastic production process by cracking the long chains of polymer to produce useable fuel oil. This technology is based on tech which is a cost-effective method to process low-grade plastic waste into high-energy by-products. It thermally degrades plastic components to produce oil and synthetic gas. This technology is unique and one of a kind. It successfully helps tackle plastic pollution and will provide the local community with efficient useable fuel. This fuel can be used in furnaces, boilers, diesel generators oil-fired burners and incinerators. The fuel can be sold at a cheaper rate than the diesel you get in the market and has a lower sulfur content than conventional diesel. It is a much better and cheaper alternative to the local community.

We currently have 7 operational plants in India of varying sizes. We have supplied plants to local government bodies as well as MNC’s who use our plastic to fuel technology to process their inhouse plastic waste and successfully convert it into fuel. They use this fuel to power their own machineries like forklifts and generators. Our company has been operating or own TCD plants successfully since 2009. The plants run daily and are successfully processing waste plastic. We have our own 300kg pilot project running in Jejuri, MH as well as projects in Pune, Kolhapur and Kalyan. Our technology processes waste plastic with no emissions into the surrounding environment and produce a clean and efficient fuel that can be bought at cheaper rates than what is currently available in the open market. We manufacture our plants and machinery with utmost care and safety. We have completed a HAZOP certification for our plant and have done a Third-Party Design Validation as well. We only use SS 304/316/321 to manufacture our main/critical equipment. This assures the quality of our machinery and enhances the longevity and durability of our plant. All our work is done with a focus on safety and the betterment of the environment in mind.
