Bricks-n-mortar retailers are fighting a losing battle against e-commerce retailers. Wallet Circle brings powerful customer engagement tools to these retailers that e-commerce retailers have been using to drive sales away from them, through the use of Wallet Circle’s unique Point-Of-Sale (POS) integrated iBeacons. We have developed a unique technology, using which they can integrate with almost all major Point of Sale (POS) software. With hundreds of different POS software beingused by various retailers and other companies struggling to integrate with even onePOS software, this technology gives them an unfair advantage. Using our product we create a unique in-store customer engagement platform, which benefits retailers as well as their customers. Customers get benefits like digital receipt, mobile loyalty cards, personalized recommendations, etc right on their phone without having to even touch their phones. Retailers get a way to engage with their customers in-store via customer’s phone based on customer’s in-store location and buying history. This helps them to personalize customer’s experience and increase sales. ABOUT US We are developing customer engagement tools for brick-n-mortar retailers, which e-commerce retailers have been using to drive sales away from them, using iBeacon technology. Unfortunately, Brick-n-mortar retailers haven't been able to achieve this using iBeacons till now because all the features provided by them are towards what makes retailers interested, but not the end user. So end user does not download the app. We recently won McDonalds competition to help McDonalds in enhancing in-store customer experience. We are also winners of UKTI Sirius program and are currently being funded by UKTI itself.
