Broccoli is widely heralded as a superfood, but 80% of this nutritious vegetable crop is left on the field to rot. UPP's breakthrough technology harvests the whole valuable broccoli plant and then upcycles the waste into clean-label, sustainable, functional proteins and ingredients capturing and concentrating the fresh goodness.
