Greencovery is here to accelerate the time-to-market of new ingredients recovered from side-streams making its customers business more feasible and sustainable. Our patented technology can be used to upcycle organic acids, amino acids, proteins and fibres from for example, okara, soy press cakes, oats and barley cakes, hydrolysed vegetable protein cakes, and hard cheeses. Our portfolio consists of ingredients with a preservative function such as fibre and protein fractions with anti-oxidant capacity; ingredients with a nutritional benefit such as specific amino acids; and ingredients with specific techno-functional properties.
