Currency Alliance operates the global loyalty ecosystem and marketplace SaaS platform to enable brands to more effectively engage customers and incentivize desired behavior. Clients without control over their Point of Sale devices (or simply too many different versions) have asked us to design a Universal Points Terminal application that runs on any smartphone/mobile device. The application can be configured and fully-customized to operate with partner brands issuing your loyalty currency, or at your own online and offline retail locations. You can manage partners, stores, and individual uses in each store to allow them to capture sales data to issue loyalty points or accept loyalty points as the method of payment. The application can operate in any language with any fiat currency and supports all character sets - so it can be used locally, or scale internationally with no problem. Partners can pay for points issued in advance, in arrears, or maintain an escrow account to settle payment obligations. Gift Cards and e-Vouchers can be issued or accepted as payment in any fiat currency or denomination. Onboarding and managing partners can be done at any level, with strong fraud management capabilities and full audit trail history. The application can be customized and set up in a day - with no CapEx or up-front license fee. The only cost is a small percentage of the value of each transaction - so you only pay a tiny fee when value is created for your brand.
