Considering that most of the environment where employees work on site are close to production areas, there will be high chances of presence of hazardous flammable gases. As most of the OISD standards prohibit usage of mobile phones on site, we propose to use smart watches which will be LTE-disabled so that the risk due to any of kind of radio frequency is completely eliminated. The smart watches can be strapped on the wrist and will have touch enabled screens for ease of use along with voice to text feature just in case the worker is not able to use touch screen due to working condition. Satoshi's Tracktime application and the surrounding system architecture is built to expand functionality as per customer needs for tracking employee time and productivity, operational in hazardous, industrial environments. Tracktime offers include the following features: • Easily payroll processing • Accurate timesheets • GPS location tracking • Geofence to create job sites • Automatic time cards • Activity based health monitoring Smart watches would be installed with the app which would require minimum data entry points. The mobile based app is also easy to use and is already functional after all the testing by various customers in different sectors. This app would be then enhanced for the smart watches for time recording against particular task on a project. The data gathered from the smart watches can also record parameters like location of work at the given recording when the time is recorded automatically, blood pressure, heart beat etc. which can be then used to monitor any health-related impacts on employee due to the activity. The location and time spent on that location will give an alert to supervisor if time reported against particular activity is falsified by user.

Tracktime will be able to record time both manually and automatically linked with start watch functionality. These watches can record time in offline mode for a specific task and then get synced with database on connecting with wi-fi. This would help users to record time even without internet connectivity on the actual site of work. The data gathered from the smart watches can also record parameters like location of work at the given recording when the time is recorded automatically, blood pressure, heart beat etc. which can be then used to monitor any health-related impacts on employee due to the activity. The location and time spent on that location will give an alert to supervisor if time reported against particular activity is falsified by user. The screens would be user friendly and would require minimal knowledge of technology and voice to text feature would be developed using machine learning for ensuring that any ascent and language is taken care for command. Another proposal is to use smart watches along with I-beacon technology so that manual entry is not required at all on the time. App would show only those projects which are related to that particular beacon and user will have to select the right project, task and task code in order to capture time against it. This can be done even later as the time will be recorded against the beacon and once user wants to enter at the end of the day, the time against the beacon will show only projects that are related to that beacon. However, manual override will be possible just in case there is some tasks which was completed for another project but is not close to that specific beacon. This would require beacons to be installed at various places/ equipment on the site in order to record time spent around it. All of the above solutions can be expanded both in numbers and locations and will require a minimum training time to users. Our ERP is currently built on another cloud based and well-known ERP platform called acumatica and these features/app are already been used by many of our and acumatica customers. Time can also be recorded against a project along with the equipment time card on which the employee is working against a particular task or can be recorded in general with a description against a non-project code. Route optimization feature in the app can be used within the plant/ factory in order to allocate resources to the task based on their location & skills so that time loss in transit is minimized. Being cloud based technology, implementation cycle is very small as compared to traditional server-based ERPs.
