The materials are made from sustainable sugarcane waste-based products. The raw materials were earlier burnt by farmers & sugar mills in India or dumped into the land. This not just reduces deforestation but also air and water pollution on a massive scale. It has proven to be better than recycled and tree paper. The flagship envoCopy is a leading eco-friendly and efficient paper alternative, manufactured using 80% less wood fibre than conventional paper, making sustainability the new normal. It has proudly saved more than 760,000 trees and is marketed and sold in more than 40 countries. The product is environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable in terms of the features of envoPAP. It can be easily composted at home within 90 days and is vegan-friendly. We have been rated 4/4 by SupporttheGoals for our commitment towards United Nations SDGs. We are addressing the root cause of environmental degradation, Deforestation and changing the age-old notion of using Virgin fibre-based paper as an eco- friendly alternative to Plastic. envoPAP provides a 100% eco-friendly solution from the point of production up to disposal. EnvoPap is 100% Carbon Neutral during production with special measures undertaken to produce lesser Carbon Emmissions during transport. We believe in developing innovative ways to use envoPAP which can be a feasible alternative to current single-use plastic products for various food packing solutions. We started with the print and packaging industry and now changing focus to consumer goods. One of the recent innovation being cotton buds made from envoPAP materials which are compostable, biodegradable, marine degradable and also can be recycled. This has been a significant project for us and we are launching it first in France in January 2020 aligning with the French Govt ban on plastic cotton buds. envoPAP is a collaboration of many hearts reaching out to protect and preserve the environment. We feel that conservation of resources is the way to sustainable development, being our paramount responsibility.

envoPAP has saved around 700 thousand trees by creating envoPAP, a sustainable material produced out of sugar-cane waste. It is also bio-degradable and vegan friendly as no animals are harmed in its production process. envoPAP is also certified with 100% carbon-neutral and is totally chlorine free which again has created a positive impact on society by reducing gas emission on a huge level. One pallet of envoPAP paper saves 24 trees, while one pallet of 30% recycled paper just saves 7 trees. This innovative product has helped in creating a green global healthy environment for its habitat as its not just recyclable but also biodegradable, compostable, marine degradable and comes with a 38% lower carbon footprint than the usual paper and packaging materials. Our belief: everything which is made from fossil fuels or tree-based materials today, can be made from waste tomorrow. Our vision is to protect and preserve the environment. Applications
Our product can be applied in varied ways. For example starting from the product boxes, carriers and e-commerce boxes, magazines, carrier bags, pharmacy bags to beautifully packaged gift box with a price tag, label and a receipt. All of which can be produced in a much more sustainable and eco-friendly manner by using EnvoPAP. EnvoPAP can also be used for media and print inserts for example for leaflets, brochures or catalogues. However, using EnvoPAP instead of tree paper or plastic can not only amplify that entire experience but also empower the buyers as they can feel they are contributing in some way to save the planet. However, this is not where our applications end, we are more than happy to collaborate with you finding you the perfect sustainable solution. Additionally, seeing the massive switch from plastic bags to paper bags, envoPAP is capable of providing the required strength, durability and excellent print results whilst giving agro-waste a second life. The current bags are made from FSC certified recycled paper. Thus envoPAP material being made from agro-waste would not just provide 38% lower carbon emissions than recycled paper but also prove to be an excellent example of using green energy to reuse waste. However, for consumers who do not compost at home, it can be recycled in the regular recycling stream.
