About

The Strayos platform combines machine data, visual data and design data to optimize decision making on mine sites. It ingests data from sources like drones, smart drill sensors, dig rate sensors, truck tyre pressure sensors, plant throughput sensors and more. Our 50+ AI models then analyze the data to enable operators, engineers, managers to make optimal decisions. For example: - our photogrammetry engine can create a 3D survey model from drone photos, - our visual AI tools can then detect geological joints and cracks on the 3D model, - our existing integration with smart drills can bring in real time Measure While Drilling data (like penetration rate, feed pressure, GPS location etc.) and overlay it on the 3D model - engineers can then design the explosives loading and timing in our platform and predict the performance of the blast - users can upload another set of post-blast drone images and our AI can produce automated blast fragmentation and muckpile movement measurements - users can synchronise real time muckpile dig rate data from loader sensors - our AI can then recommend optimal design parameters for the next blast based on the bench geometry, rock jointing, drill penetration rates to achieve target blast results and dig rates. We also have other workflows for things like optimizing haul truck driving behaviours and road designs based on real time tire and accelerometer data. The platform comes ready to use with no configuration required. It can all be accessed through a browser so getting set up just requires setting up a login account.
