SHREQ App is a user friendly application tool that seeks to ensure that there is a safe working environment for employees and other relevant stakeholders. The App will ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) programmes, mandatory rules and regulations to company operations. Moreover, the platform/tool will create an efficient and effective way of reporting and recording SHE incidents in real time. This is not limited to incidents only thus the name SHREQ which incorporates Risk Assessment and Quality Management. This innovative tool will improve geological confidence and reduce errors in identifying geological risks through Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA), Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) which is incorporated into the Application. In Addition, the App will include Awareness campaigns such as Silly Seasons and Monthly Topics in the form of digital content (Multimedia; videos, images, pdf etc.). SHREQ is diverse to a sense that visual inspections (underground and ) will be recorded and shared. Moreover, the App provides an opportunity for information sharing. This components that are on the App will ensure the removal of loose rock after blasting is safe and clean, through recording compliance actions undertaken to rectify with evidence.
