The ShoeSZR Tool will find a customer’s shoe size for every shoe in a retailer’s stock. Now customer’s can have the confidence the shoes they buy will fit and wont be returned. And we decrease the cost associated with returns for retailers so they can actually make money selling online.
To get to the numbers, retailers have 21% of shoes bought online are returned due to sizing issues, which are not in their control as manufacturers do not have to adhere to sizing standards. To make matters worse shipping/restocking fees and having to discount returned merchandise means every shoe return leads to a 59% loss.
