Experimental self propelling, rotary mechanism, as a source of motion and energy/ Not dependant on magnetic or gravity force, and can function in any orientation and most environments/ Scalable from model size to ship engine size or more/ As this design is experimental, proof of concept prototypes need to be made with interested parties, and done under intellectual property agreements/ Later development to be with licensing rights, royalty rights, buyout rights, share in profit rights- whichever is suitable/ This design should be of interest to energy and power research and development, related companies and organizations, venture capital, angel investors, licensing companies, etc, who are interested in future energy solutions. Rotary mechanism has up to five major moving parts with other minor parts to refine it. It can be made compact for smaller purposes, but can be scaled up to much larger versions. This device is best explained in person, under a NDA agreement, as some of the mechanisms are difficult to explain online.
