(even in high rain penetration areas). It can be used in buildings with cellars, to individualize cavities around flats/offices/shops and houses of over 3 floors. Trays can be used in high rain penetration areas via the removal of the water at each floor-line throughout the height of the cavity. This results in reducing condensation, damp and slumping. Cavity wall insulation is a far lower cost than that of Cladding or dry lining (systems used at present). Carbon Cut’s Cavity Tray solution allows the use of cavity wall insulation without the drawbacks of rain penetration damage from damp and excessive heat loss.
